This Business Advisory Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains the nature, scope, and limitations of any founder coaching, entrepreneurial guidance, business advisory, or strategic support provided by Sael, LLC (“Sael,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Disclosure is intended to ensure transparency, set appropriate expectations, and clarify that services are offered from a non-licensed, non-fiduciary, and non-reliant perspective.

 

Nature of Business Advisory Services

Sael, LLC provides business advisory and founder support that may include, but is not limited to:

  • Entrepreneurial and leadership guidance

  • Strategic reflection and decision-support

  • Intuitive, perceptual, and systems-based insight

  • Clarification of direction, timing, and priorities

  • Identification of patterns, constraints, and opportunities

  • Support through business transitions, pivots, or growth phases

Guidance may be informed by intuitive perception, experiential insight, strategic reasoning, and reflective inquiry.

All services are provided for educational, developmental, and informational purposes only.

 

What Business Advisory Services Are NOT

Sael, LLC does not provide:

  • Management consulting or operational execution

  • Financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice

  • Securities, brokerage, or fundraising advisory services

  • Legal advice or regulatory compliance guidance

  • Human resources, employment law, or benefits administration

  • Any service requiring professional licensure or registration

Nothing provided by Sael, LLC should be construed as professional advice where licensure, certification, or regulatory authorization is required.

 

No Fiduciary Relationship

You understand and agree that:

  • Sael, LLC does not act as a fiduciary

  • No advisor–client fiduciary duty is created

  • No partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or representative relationship is formed

  • You retain full authority and control over all business decisions

All decisions—including strategy, investments, hiring, terminations, contracts, pricing, capital allocation, and execution—remain solely your responsibility.

 

No Reliance or Guarantees

You acknowledge that:

  • Advisory input is insight-based, not directive

  • Any guidance provided is one perspective among many

  • Business outcomes depend on numerous variables beyond our control

Sael, LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Business performance, revenue, profitability, growth, or funding

  • Market success, customer acquisition, or traction

  • Strategic outcomes, timing, or execution results

You agree not to rely exclusively on Sael, LLC guidance when making critical or regulated business decisions.

 

Client Responsibilities

By engaging in business advisory services with Sael, LLC, you agree to:

  • Exercise independent judgment and due diligence

  • Consult licensed professionals as appropriate (e.g., legal counsel, accountants, financial advisors)

  • Verify applicability of any guidance before implementation

  • Assume full responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and fiduciary duties you may owe to third parties

 

Intuitive and Subjective Components

You acknowledge that portions of Sael, LLC’s advisory work may involve:

  • Intuitive perception or non-linear insight

  • Symbolic, energetic, or systems-oriented interpretation

  • Timing-based or capacity-based guidance

Such elements are subjective, interpretive, and non-deterministic by nature. You remain the final authority on whether and how any guidance is applied.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Sael, LLC is not liable for any business losses, financial outcomes, missed opportunities, or consequential damages

  • Sael, LLC is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on advisory input

  • Aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
