Welcome to Sael. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, content, programs, sessions, and platforms operated by Sael, LLC.

In plain terms, by working with Sael, you understand and agree that:

  • Our services include intuitive guidance, founder coaching, and business advisory, delivered by Sael, LLC from a non-licensed, non-fiduciary perspective

  • All services are educational, reflective, and insight-oriented, not prescriptive

  • Sael, LLC does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, or regulated professional advice

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • All sales are final except where required by law

  • You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes

  • Sessions or programs may be recorded with notice

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • Intuitive, spiritual, personal growth, and energetic services

  • Founder coaching, entrepreneurial guidance, and business advisory services

  • Programs, containers, workshops, retreats, and events

  • Podcast content, appearances, and related media

  • All written, audio, video, and digital materials provided by Sael, LLC

These Terms operate in conjunction with the following policies of Sael, LLC:

  • Refund Policy

  • Privacy Policy

  • Medical & Professional Disclaimer

  • Podcast Guest Release Form (if applicable)

 

3. Nature of Services

Sael, LLC provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Intuitive guidance, psychic insight, and energetic reflection

  • Spiritual and consciousness-based mentorship

  • Mediumship and symbolic interpretation

  • Founder coaching and entrepreneurial support

  • Business advisory and strategic insight

  • Leadership clarity, decision-support, and reflective guidance

  • Educational content, programs, and experiential sessions

All services may be delivered by Sael, LLC, through its owner, Farah Al Chammas, or through authorized collaborators or platforms.

 

Business Advisory & Founder Coaching Clarification

Any founder coaching, business advisory, or entrepreneurial guidance provided by Sael, LLC:

  • Is non-fiduciary in nature

  • Does not constitute management consulting, financial consulting, legal advising, or investment advising

  • Does not create a fiduciary, partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship

  • Is offered solely for educational, developmental, and reflective purposes

All decisions—including business strategy, investments, hiring, terminations, contracts, financial commitments, and execution—remain entirely your responsibility.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sael, LLC, its owner, operators, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Business outcomes, losses, missed opportunities, or opportunity costs

  • Revenue fluctuations or financial results

  • Decisions made based on guidance, insight, or advisory input

  • Emotional, psychological, energetic, or relational responses

  • Reliance on intuitive, spiritual, or advisory services

The maximum aggregate liability of Sael, LLC for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
