This Podcast Guest Release (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned guest (“Guest”) and Sael, LLC (“Producer,” “Company,” or “Sael”) in connection with Guest’s appearance on the Sael Podcast (“Podcast”).

 

1. Consent to Recording & Use

Guest irrevocably grants Sael, LLC the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable right to:

  • Record, film, photograph, and otherwise capture Guest’s voice, image, likeness, name, biographical information, statements, and participation (“Recordings”);

  • Edit, adapt, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, publish, broadcast, promote, monetize, and otherwise exploit the Recordings, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed;

  • Use Guest’s name, likeness, image, voice, biography, and contributions for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes related to the Podcast and Sael, LLC.

Guest understands and agrees that no compensation is owed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

 

2. No Obligation to Use / Editorial Control

Producer has no obligation to use or publish the Recordings and retains sole editorial discretion. Guest waives any right to inspect, approve, or control the final edited content.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Recordings and any derivative works are the exclusive property of Sael, LLC.

Guest retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property but grants Sael, LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use any materials voluntarily provided during or in connection with the recording.

Guest agrees not to reproduce, distribute, publish, or monetize the Podcast episode or Recordings without prior written consent from Sael, LLC.

 

4. Intuitive, Spiritual & Advisory Content Disclosure

Guest acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The Host may provide intuitive, psychic, spiritual, energetic, or symbolic insights during the Podcast;

  • Such insights are subjective, interpretive, and not guaranteed to be accurate;

  • Any intuitive or spiritual content is offered for educational, informational, personal insight, and entertainment purposes only;

  • Content does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or licensed professional advice, nor business consulting requiring licensure.

 

5. Personal, Emotional & Sensitive Topics

Guest understands that Podcast discussions may include personal, emotional, professional, or sensitive subject matter and that participation is voluntary.

Guest assumes full responsibility for their own wellbeing and releases Sael, LLC, the Host, and all affiliates from any claims related to emotional distress, reputational impact, or personal disclosures arising from recording, editing, or publication.

 

6. Privacy, Anonymity & Pseudonyms

Guest may request anonymity or a pseudonym in writing prior to recording.

Producer will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests (e.g., pseudonym use, limited identifiers), but Guest understands that:

  • Complete anonymity or removal cannot be guaranteed once content is published;

  • Guest remains responsible for information they voluntarily disclose during recording.

 

7. Release of Liability & Waiver

Guest knowingly and voluntarily releases and holds harmless Sael, LLC, the Host, contractors, affiliates, partners, and platforms from all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to:

  • Recording, editing, publication, distribution, or promotion of the Podcast;

  • Alleged defamation, invasion of privacy, or reputational harm;

  • Interpretation, accuracy, or effect of any intuitive, spiritual, or advisory content;

  • Any emotional, psychological, spiritual, financial, or professional impact;

  • Any decisions or actions Guest takes based on Podcast content.

Guest assumes all associated risks.

 

8. No Professional Relationship or Advice

Guest agrees that participation in the Podcast does not create:

  • A therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship;

  • Any duty of care beyond that expressly stated in this Agreement.

Guest is responsible for seeking licensed or regulated professionals where appropriate.

 

9. Integrated Policies

Guest acknowledges having read and agreed to the following policies of Sael, LLC, available at https://www.withsael.com:

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Privacy Policy (including GDPR / CCPA provisions)

  • Medical & Professional Disclaimer

  • Business Advisory Disclosure

  • Refund Policy (if applicable)

These documents are incorporated by reference and govern Guest’s participation and data use.

 

10. EU / GDPR Data Consent (If Applicable)

If Guest resides in the EU or EEA, Guest consents to:

  • Processing and international transfer of personal data (name, voice, likeness, email) to the United States for Podcast production, publication, and promotion;

  • Use of lawful safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Guest understands their GDPR rights and may contact saelhealing@gmail.com with the subject line “GDPR Request – Sael, LLC.”

Withdrawal of consent does not require removal of already-published content.

 

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements relating to Guest’s Podcast appearance.

 

13. Acknowledgment & Signature

By signing below, Guest certifies that:

  • Guest is at least 18 years old (or has verified parental/guardian consent);

  • Guest has read and understood this Agreement and incorporated policies;

  • Guest voluntarily agrees to participate in the Sael Podcast;

  • Guest has had the opportunity to consult independent legal counsel.
