Sael, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services, programs, sessions, advisory engagements, and digital products. This policy applies to spiritual, intuitive, personal development, founder coaching, and business advisory services, whether delivered one-on-one, in groups, digitally, or in person.
By booking or purchasing any service from Sael, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Why No Refunds?
1. Preparation, Analysis, and Container Creation
When you book a session, program, or advisory engagement with Sael, LLC, your payment covers work that begins immediately upon booking, including but not limited to:

Energetic, intuitive, and strategic preparation

Review of context, submitted materials, or business background (if applicable)

Creation of a focused container for the engagement
-
Scheduling, coordination, and administrative processing
-
Post-session or post-engagement reflection and continuity planning
This preparation occurs regardless of whether the session or engagement ultimately takes place.
2. Nature of Intuitive, Advisory, and Developmental Work
You acknowledge that:

Intuitive, spiritual, coaching, and advisory services are inherently subjective and experiential

Business and personal outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control
-
No specific result, insight, business outcome, financial performance, or transformation can be guaranteed
-
The value of this work may unfold over time and is not always immediately apparent
Disagreement with guidance, lack of resonance, or dissatisfaction with outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Professional Boundaries & Integrity
This no-refund policy:

Preserves the integrity of the container and engagement
-
Ensures mutual commitment and clarity of expectations
-
Prevents misuse of subjective dissatisfaction as a basis for reimbursement

Protects Sael, LLC from being positioned as outcome-guaranteeing or results-based consulting
No Refunds For (Without Exception)
Payments are final and non-refundable in all of the following circumstances:

Completed sessions, calls, or advisory engagements
-
Partially completed programs or long-term containers
-
Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice
-
No-shows or failure to attend without notice
-
Dissatisfaction with insights, advice, or perceived outcomes
-
Change of mind after booking or purchase
-
Business decisions made or not made following guidance
-
Technical difficulties on your end (internet, device failure, user error)
-
Claims of “it didn’t resonate,” “it wasn’t what I expected,” or similar subjective reasons
-
Requests for specific guidance, messaging, or outcomes not received
Limited Exceptions (Rescheduling Only – No Refunds)
Refunds are never issued, however limited rescheduling may be offered under the following circumstances:

Practitioner illness or emergency
-
Technical failure on our end that prevents service delivery
-
Force majeure events (natural disasters, platform-wide outages, government restrictions)
In such cases, you will be offered:

A one-time reschedule at no additional charge, or
-
A reasonable alternative delivery format
Rescheduling Policy

One-time rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours’ written notice
-

Second reschedule requests require a new booking and payment
-
Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original booking
Sessions not rescheduled within 90 days are forfeited without refund or credit.
Founder Coaching, Advisory & Long-Term Engagements
For multi-session packages, retainers, containers, or advisory engagements:

No refunds are issued for unused sessions
-
Early termination by the client does not trigger reimbursement
-
Fees reflect access, capacity allocation, preparation, and advisory availability—not guaranteed outcomes
Digital Products & Educational Materials
Where applicable:

All digital products, recordings, courses, or downloadable materials are final sale
-
No refunds once access has been granted
-
Technical issues will be addressed via support, not refunds
Promotional Offers & Gift Certificates

Promotional pricing, discounts, and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable
-
Gift certificates expire 12 months from purchase
-
No cash value or extensions granted
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting resolution with Sael, LLC constitutes a violation of this policy and may result in:

Immediate termination of services

Permanent ban from future offerings
-
Reporting to payment processors and fraud monitoring systems
-
Recovery efforts, including administrative and legal costs
Legitimate Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error occurred:

Provide relevant transaction details

We will review and respond within 5 business days
EU Consumer Rights
For EU residents:

You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts

This right is explicitly waived when you request services to begin within the 14-day period

By booking a session scheduled within 14 days, you consent to immediate performance
-
Once a service has been performed, the right of withdrawal is forfeited
